Create, Display, and Download a Missing Person Flyer Specify Picture

Specify the picture file of the Missing Person. The picture file should be in .png, .jpg, or .gif format.
Limit the size of the picture file to less than 100,000 bytes.
The picture should be cropped so that most of the picture is of the missing person's face.
Remove blank space around the face if needed
The picture should be a candid shot, not a glamour shot.

After you have specified the picture file, click the Continue button and fill in information about the Missing Person. Depending on the speed of your internet connection, it may take a few moments for the picture file to be sent. Note that many entries on the flyer form are optional. If some information is not known, just leave the entry field empty. You will have the opportunity to add, delete, and modify any information you enter.
